If you are going to look at the bulletin board at the ground floor lobby of the Albertus Magnus Bldg, you will see a lot of photos posted there about the past ITHM week.
My classmate Monica noticed that we were included in those photos! Yuh! And I'm also there! haha! We were like, "ui, anjan ako oh", "anjan tayo oh", "sikat na talaga tayo", "ang galing naman".. haha! We're so weird right?! We were so like happy just because of one picture which includes us! haha!

1st week of 2nd semester

All about the professors

The first week of the second semester has started but it doesn't seems like that. I don't even felt the presence of the first week.
This week is so easy flowing. Nothing stressful happened.
And my gosh, we haven't met 2 of our professors yet (Nihongo & Filipino profs). Our two meetings were wasted! Damn!
One thing that's so much frustrating is that, I'm so excited for the Nihongo and yet, we even haven't met our prof! Amf!

And oh, do you know who's our professor in Introduction to Asian and Western Civilization (IAWC), one of the subjects that I hate most? nah! She's no other than Miss Alejandria, our professor in Anthropology last sem. Gosh! I was so choked and I feel nervous! Everytime I see her, I feel like I'm going to have a grade of 5!!!! Uggh!
It's not that she's not good in teaching huh,! Actually, she's good and knows a lot of things. She's so intelligent for us, especially for me. Di ko carry ang powers niya! Ibang level siya! She has a great expectation from us and that makes me so much pressured. Imagine, she's the professor of the subjects that I hate! duh!
Well guys, just pray for me please?!

Another unusual professor we have is the one who handles Natural Science. The first day she went in our room, and started to speak, waaahhh, the whole crowd laughed, oh, I mean, we all shut our mouth and tried not to laugh.
I don't know what's in her style of speaking in English, but everytime she speaks, we really can't stop ourselves from laughing. But of course, we have to try not to laugh, right?! And that's so hard for us to do! nah!

Well, there are no unusual professors other than them. OUr prof in Tourism is the same as we have last sem. our prof in Math is cool, he's not strict and he's fun. OUr prof in English is just okay, and I thing, better than last sem's prof.
Our prof in Spanish is totally opposite from the young prof we have last sem. Now, she's aged but she's cool, she can go with the flow. And lastly, our prof in Theology, the boring one. I would prefer to have our last sem's prof. But I can't do anything about it.

And oh, let's don't forget my coach/prof/mam in Korfball. My other classmates say that she's nice and I also think that way. She's not that strict, she always smile, and she gets along with us.

oooohhh... The first week went so fast. I'm hoping to meet our two other professors next week. And I hope that they're nice.

I just wish that this sem would be better. Strive hard!

Damn! It's already Nov 3! The second semester is going near! Ugh! Our classes would start on Nov 6 so I'm going back to Manila on Nov 5.
I'm gonna miss Cavite again.. especially adobe photoshop!

I don't have anything to say. Nah!
I'll just talk about the changes I made on this blog of mine and also on my friendster profile.
So yeah, I put a new song on my music section. Its title is "When She Cries" and I'm not sure who sung this song.
All I knew is that it's originally sung by Blackhawk and revived by heartless romance but I'm not sure.
Well anyway, no matter who sang this one, I love it so much! Listen carefully to the lyrics and you'll appreciate it more.
I also changed the color of my tagboard. Well, I decided to set that as the default color of my tagboard so that I'll not spend time on changing its color everytime I change my layout.
I also changed one of my buttons. Uhhmm.. No more reasons for that. I just changed it. haha!

And maaaan, I put this thingy on my friendster's about me section:

Birthday Gifts for Papa and Mama

OMG! I forgot to post something here! Ugh! Why did i.... nah!

Well, I just want to show to you my birthday gift to my parents. Oh actually, it's also my brothers' gift even though I'm the only one who made these and thought of this idea.
Anyway, the photo below is for my papa. This was our desktop background last Sept. 16. Unfortunately, I wasn't at home when he saw this so I didn't saw his reaction. But my mama and my brothers told that his reaction was, "Ang gwapo ko talaga!" haha!

And this photo below is for mama. The same thing, this was our desktop background last Oct 25. She was surprised when she saw this. Her only reaction was, "Nye! Ang payat ko pa jan." haha!

Enrolment for 2nd sem SY 2007-2008

There you go! I just came home from UST! Today's our enrolment day and as usual, I woke up early just to get there early. Thankfully, there's an available van already and so I didn't have to wait for a long time anymore.
The enrolment schedule is from 9am-12nn but I arrived at USt at around 8:30 am. haha! Ang aga noh? But then, the enrolment started past 9:00! Damn! And we have to fall in a very looooong line! Feel the heat maaaaan!
Oh, have I told you that I want to take Korfball for my PE this sem? Well, when I looked at the list of the schedule for PE, and saw that the slots for the Korfball is already full, daaaammnnn, I felt so upset! And the only PE courses available are Fitness, Swimming, Folk Dance, Social Dance and Softball. Ugghh! I hate those PE courses! I don't want to take them!
But I have no choice but to choose one. Hmmf! So I chose Softball. nah! And while we were in the line, the man there announced that the PE courses listed are still available. waaahh! I immediately went back to the list and got a schedule for the Korfball! yee! I was so happy then! haha!
At last, after 10 years, it's our turn to get inside the Seminary Gym for the whole process and the process was like the enrolment last sem. And yuh, mission accomplished, I got the Korfball! wooohhh!
Then after the whole enrolment process, my ID finally has a "2nd sem" sticker on it.
I was so hungry after that. whew! I ate lunch before I went back to Cavite.

My mama and I went to University of Perpetual Help System Jonelta - GMA Campus, where my brother studies. Their intramurals is now going on.
Unfortunately, we didn't make it to watch the opening ceremonies. Well after there, we went straight ahead to SM molino to buy socks and supporter for my brother. Yeah, he's officially a basketball player, at last! haha!
He's going to play tomorrow but I don't know what time the game will be.

Oct 23
My brother has a game today but unfortunately, I didn't have time to watch because I went to University of Sto. Tomas, my very PROUD SCHOOL, 'cause it's a "release of clearance" day. After I got my clearance sheet, I immediately went to the library to use the internet to view my grades. But unfortunately, the service is not available. Damn!
So I have to go to the main building and fall in line (a very long line) just to use the computer (the one and only computer working) just to view my grades. nah! I was really so nervous then. And when it was my turn and when I saw my grades, it's a "whew"! I passed all the courses! yeheeeeyyysss! My highest is 1.0 (English & Spanish) and the lowest is 2.25 (world Geography).
I'm satisfied with my grades since I don't have a 3.0 grade. And for a freshman like me, and at the same time independent, I feel so contented with the grades I got.
Before the first sem started, I'm not expecting a so high grade since I'm just in the adjustment stage and my only goal is not to have a 3.0 grade. I guess I achieved that short term goal huh..
Well, I also saw the courses we're going to have for the next sem. And shocks, we're going to have the "Asian and World civilization chorva"! I hate that! Urrgghh! We'll have College Algebra too and Domestic Tourism. Still, there's the English, Filipino and Spanish but the Spanish this time is Advanced Spanish.
And oh, We're also having the "Elementary Nihongo"! I'm so excited for that 'cause I already learned Basic Nihongo when I was in 4th year so I'm hoping that I'll find it easy next sem.
My goal for the 2nd sem is not to have a 2.0 grade. waahh! Do you think it's possible? Wish me luck!

I had a general cleaning of our house. I started in the morning and I finished at around 2:00 pm. Gosh! It's a tiring one.

That activities were the reason why I didn't have time to update my blog. haha! Forgive me guys.. Anyway, at least I shared what happened to me.
And oh, today is my mama's birthday! Happy birthday to her!

haha!I haven't made some updates uh?! I've been busy these past few days because of our final examinations. Oh well, I am now here in Cavite since thursday night! It's our sembreak already! Yey!
All I've been doing here is photo editing! haha! Edit edit edit.. walang kamatayang pag-eedit! hahaha!

And oh, we have a new dog! I'm not a pet lover but I like this new dog we have. Her name is Shaider. My brothers gave that name and yeah, they got it from that TV show something. She's really cute! haha!
She's the only pet I liked! Really!

Yeah, 'till here! I gotta make so many photo edits now.. ahaha!

Genell Arc

Whew! At last! Our PE's done! We had our finals a while ago and we had computed our grade already but I'm not sure if I computed it right. I got a 1.3o something grade and that's pretty alright. Oh well, my groupmates and I had a pictorial before we dismissed, of course it serves as a remembrance. haha!

I don't know yet wht PE will I take next sem. I'll think about it next week. haha!

And yeah, let's not forget my very friend Genell, with her arc.. haha! It's her birthday! 17th birthday! haha! tumatanda na sya noh?! yay! haha!

Marikina Invasion

Yeah, we invaded Marikina this day! haha! It is our final examination in Tourism that we must tour a place in Manila, then we will present that in class.
At first, we were not organized about the meeting place and the time. We all agreed a night before that we will meet in UST at 8:00 am but it was not followed. I was with Pamela in Mini Stop, waiting for Monica. Eh kamusta naman, ang tagal tagal ni Monica, tapos nung nagtext sya, sabi ba naman magkita na lang sa Riverbank?! Sus! Eh ang tagal namin naghintay ni Pamela noh!Well, so we both ride in a pedicab to Legarda. Nung nasa LRT station na kami, eh ibang klase naman pala yung pagbili ng ticket! Vendo Machine! We don't have coins that time so we were forced to buy something in Jollibee! Ugh! Nung pagbalik namin, andun na si Shaine. Edi sabay sabay na kami papuntang Marikina. And yeah we had pictorial sessions inside the train. haha! AFter that LRT ride, we were like "what's next?"!. We don't now where to go and so we asked and asked. Until we rode in a jeepney to riverbanks Mall. There, at last, after 10 years, we met Monica and Jensen.
And there we go, we started to move around the Riverbanks Mall. In a Shoe gallery there, we saw the world's largest shoes! Yeah It's superr duperr extra bigg!!! whoo! whatta shoes maaaan! haha!
After that, we just roam around the mall, and there you go, Jensen and Monica stayed in a stall where everything's only 10 pesos! And they bought bought bought stuffs. haha! It was like we went there for shopping and not for our exam. haha! Yeah after that, we took lunch in Mr. Shoo Lee's Restaurant. haha! We made a video there and it was like we were promoting that restaurant. Everyone's looking at us. Yuh! haha!
Well then, we proceeded to Riverpark and had a lot of pictorials there. We even met a little kid who was asking for food and Shaine gave him a piece of biscuit. naks! Baet huh! haha!
Then, again, we don't know where to go! haha! We asked directions from the residents there about the doll museum. Nun andun na kami, may bayad pala at bawal pa kumuha ng pictures. Azar! But still we paid and went inside. And oh, sshh.. we secretly tokk pictures on some of the dolls there! Don't tell them huh! haha! We also went to the Jesus dela Peña Church and took pictures their. Then last spot was the Shoe museum, again, no picture taking allowed and we paid 30 pesos for the entrance. Unfortunately, we didn't have any chance to secretly take pictures there unlike in the doll museum. But the shoe museum is really amazing!
All the shoes were superr nice and we all wished that all those shoes were ours. haha!

Yeha, it's already 5:00pm then and the guard told us to leave now because it closes at 5:00 pm, so we did. Yeah, one last problem we had was how to go back home! waahh! haha! Again, we asked one resident there about the places and fortunately, we got his instruction and we came home safe. haha!
It's a very tirig trip but it's surely an exciting one. At syempre, napakagastos! Pamasahe ba naman mula sa isang lugar papunta sa panibagong lugar eh! haha! But I really enjoyed especially on the pictorial sessions we had! haha!

Well, I'm kinda lazy to post our photos here and on my multiply. Just wait until I post them all..

Well anyway, it's my cousin's birthday today! Remember Joannes?? The one who had his birhday last MAy 6?? He's his brother. Well, Zeus is older than Joannes.
And Zeus is also my fave cousin. Well, we don't pronounce his name as Zeus, yah know?! Instead, we say that as "ji-yus".. Getz?! haha! It's cute right?! nah! Anyway, today is his birthday! Let's greet him! haha!

And oh, greet me too! Oh noh, it's not my birthday! Just guess what's the occassion that's related to me.. haha! Isep-isep!!!

Variety Show

The ITHM had a variety show today from 1:00pm-5:00pm. But we still have to attend our 12:00nn-1:00pm class. Shocks, it's our Theology class and today is the submission of the project and I still don't have any project! Damn!

While I was walking along España from 7 eleven, I was thinking of my project. I was looking around to find something interesting. I found this tree along the street, and because I was in a rush, that's what I chose to be my project. I got my phone and take a picture of it. I immediately went to the computer shop near the dorm to have it printed but their printer is in repair. Damn! So I need to go again to a computer shop near the St. Thomas Square but they told me that they don't have any photo paper yet. Damn! I need to go near the FEU to look for other computer shops. And at last, I found one.
After it was printed, when I saw it, shocks, it's unexpectedly nice! Yeah! It's unbelievable that I made a nice shot! So I was happy then that at least, I have my RUSH project now. haha!
Then I went back to the dorm to prepare myself for school now. And ywah, while walking, there's a rally happening! Damn! Those people who are so noisy but the president don't care about them.
And My gollie, when I was about to enter the building, I noticed that I don't have my ID with me! It's like a siyeeeeet! I can't enter without my ID. So, I went back to the dorm again. Hmf! I was so sweaty because it's so hot that afternoon! Hmf!
I thought I would be late but fortunately, I was not. haha! When I saw my other classmates' projects, damn, their photos were all edited! It's unfair! If I just knew that they would have it edited, I should have edited my phot too. I'm good in editing! And I know that I can get a higher grade if I edited my work. Damn! I hate 'em all!

Nah! Anyway, at least I followed the rule. And my photo is good even it's not edited.
We didn't have our lesson. We just submitted our projects and we immediately went to Med Audi for the Variety Show. As usual, Filipino time, the show started at 2:00 instead of 1:00. hmf!
Yeah, the show is nice altough there are some kapalpakan. It's all about the battle of the organizations in which every org should have something to present. There are also intermission numbers, like the professors had their sound of music. haha! And most of the intermissions are bands. Yeah, amateur bands but they're good. I even had a crush on DISBAND's guitarist. haha! Another guitarist of DISBAND is like EPAL, and galaw ng galaw, like that, papansin, you know. And we were all like, "yung naka itim na may pulang gitara, wag kang galaw ng galaw pwede?!". hahaha! And another band, if I remember it right, the Tomato Monster, composed a song for the ITHm entitles, "ITHM ROCKS". Yeah, it's nice and we all liked it!

Well, of course, while watching, I was eating even though it's prohibited inside the Auditorium. haha! pazzaway ako eh! It ended at around 5:00 pm. And oh, don't tell them that I immediately went out and didn't waited for the UST hymn to be sung anymore huh!?!..

Unang Dalaw

We watched a stage play early this morning, entitled "Unang Dalaw". At first I thought it would be boring because of the introduction of the Katipuneros. But later on, when the 3 main characters appeared and started their conversation, we were all lively! I then realized that it's a comedy. And yeah, we were all laughing ang laughing! They are really good actresses. They made the audience laugh. As in LAUGH! haha!

And oh, our professor in Spanish announced our prelim grade. And you know what, I got a 1.00 grade! yey! FLAT 1! First ever subject that I got a flat 1! I am so happy! Supeerrr!!!

The UP won the 1st place, followed by the UST then FEU. Champion sana ang USTe kung di nalaglag ung isa sa pyramid nila. Pero ayos lang din, first year lang daw yung nalaglag, first time na sinabak sya sa ganun kalaking competition kaya acceptable naman yung nangyari sa kanya.

The DLSU's formation of the word "LA SALLE" was not perfect. Baliktad ung letter A at nagkapalit ng position yung L at A. Bale ang nangyari, naging "AL SALLE".

Other than that, nothing funny or exciting happened. All the schools are good, but the BEST must stand. Right?!

Well as they say, "It's better to be the 1st runner up than to be on a 0-14 standing." haha!

Palacio de Manila

We had a convention in Palacio de Manila at Roxas Blvd.
All of us don't know how to go to that place even if we have the map. haha!
I'm with R.A., Jensen, Lai, Roxanne, Pamela, Melissa and Jena. We rode a jeepney with a Mabini St. signboard. We told the driver that we are going to Palacio de Manila. And so, we are now relaxed. But later on, a guy passenger asked where are we going. He looked at the map and he said, "lampas na kayo". And so we immediately went down.
Lai asked one of the residents in that place if we are going the right direction. An adventure passed by and its passenger is also asking for the location of Palacio de Manila. She said that she's a parent of a 3rd year, the one who's organizing the convention and told us that why don't we hitch on her car. We don't believe her at first but then she showed to us a proof that she's really going to Palacio de Manila and so we hitched on her car.
Finally, after 10 years, we arrived at Palacio de Manila. Upon seeing the place, we were like so disappointed. It's not as big as a hotel. It's a big tent. haha! But it's nice. the venue is spacious and occupied all of us.
On the registration booth, there were men who were like robots. Like, those what you see along Baywalk, the statues that move if you drop coins. Yeah, you know that?! Oh yeah..
Unfortunately, very unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to take a picture with those guys 'cause everyone's taking pictures with them and I don't want to join them! LOL! I want a solo picture with them. haha!

It is supposed to start by 12:00 noon but it started at around 1:00 pm. Superr Filipino time! But while waiting, there were these two little creatures walking along. haha! And I had the chance to have a picture with them! Yeah!

At last, the convention started. And it's superr bowwiing! YEAH! The speakers were like talking and talking and talking in front! Damn! We were all hungryyy!!!! Until this ice breaker came, the Salinggawi dancers had and intermission number! We were all souting woooh.. yeeahhh! The crowd was alive again! haha!

Yeah, it's eating time! It's a buffet so we need to stand up and walk to the table, fall in line, before we can eat. hmf! I got a lot of spagetti! Yee! And a big slice of chicken full of gravy, two sandwiches with err spread and a tiny custard cake. Yum! While we were eating, these two gay stand up comedians working in Zirko, Clownz and Library came up stage. They are Vivora and Ador.
They are really amzing comedians. We were laughing and laughing from the start of their performance 'til the end. hahahaha!

Mayor Alfredo Lim is also present and he also had a speech but yeah, I didn't care to listen. haha! Sadly, I missed the chance to have picture with him and also with the stand up comedians because they immediately went out.

Oh, there's also a raffle but I didn't won. I want that flash disk! hmf! But we were all given souvenirs, a bag full of scraps.. haha! I mean, full of brochures.. and a pen! haha!

What else?! ..no more! haha! It's around 6 pm then and I was looking for my classmates who's route is to España because I'm living in España. I found Shaine, Monica, Jensen and Noriel. We rode a taxi then. We of course had picture takings inside the taxi. haha!

Whew! It's tiring but it's fun. At last I arrived in the dormitory.

After I changed close, Ate Karen, my room mate was having a movie marathon. haha! She decided to watch the movie Lolita because I was there. haha!
For all those who doesn't know this thing, Lolita is a novel witten by Vlasimir Nabokov. I've been reading that book since last month but I haven't finished it yet because of my superr bussy schedule. Oh well, gladly, Ate Karen has a CD of that movie so we watched it. The movie is in French but it has a subtitle in English.
It's around 10:30 when the movie ended. It's a touching story. Yeah, I'm recommending you to read the novel and watch the movie. Even though I already watched the movie and know the story, I would till like to finish the book because it is better if I'll read the book.

Wowowee controversy

Well, there's a big noisein showbiz today and it's the wowowee controversy. I really don't know about this until our Filipino professor, also one of the producers in Eat BUlaga told us about this during our Filipino class a while ago. Yeah, it consumed most of our time and there were only few minutes of discussion. haha!
I searched it on you tube too see what happened. And I wanna share the video I found with its explanations of what they call, "pandaraya".

Well, I don't have anything to post then. I just wanna share to you an article I read from the Reader's Digest. Its introduction says, "GLOBAL PHONE TEST", I got interested to the topic so I read it. haha!

What we found when we lost 960 mobiles around the world.
The Reader's Digest GLOBAL PHONE TEST

Just outside a bank in Kuala Lumpur, BK Low notices a ringing mobile phone atop a plant box. The 43-year-old architect picks the phone up annd spoke up the pokes his head inside the bank to enquire loudly, "Anyone left a phone outside?"

On the other side of the world, in a square in central London's lively and cosmopolitan Soho district, another mobile phone has been mislaid next to a statue of King Charles II. CLose by, a man in his late twenties wearing a casual black jacket is feeding bread to the pigeons. He waits for a gaggle of Japanes tourists to pass by, then grabs the mobile.

Glancing around warily, he hurries away into crowded Oxford Street. He doesn't call any of the numbers in the handset's directory and its owner has not seen it since.

In Hungary's capital, Budapest, Ildiko Juhasz, a tanned, youthful-looking pensioner, finds yet another ringing mobile phone in a shopping mall. She picks it up, speaks to the woman who has dropped it and waits patiently on a bench while she comes to collect it. "I give back everything I find," Ildiko tells her. "Once I found a social security card and spent a week tracking down the person it belonged to."

In every one of these incidents, the people who had mislaid their phones were not the careless members of the public they appeared, but local Reader's Digest researches who were conducting an experiment. Reporters from the most populous cities in 32 countries left 30 mid-proced mobile phones in public places in each city. That's a total of 960 phones worldwide.

Two local reporters worked as a team - one left the phone behind in a busy public place, such as a food court, while the other observed the mobile discreetly from a distance. We rang the phones after a few minutes and waited to see if anyone would answer and return the phone, call us later on preset numbers we had programmed into the handsets - or keep the phoned for themselves; after all, they were tempting, brand-new phones with SIM cards taht would allow people to use the phones if they actually keep them.

We then aded up jow many phones we got back to get a global snapshot of how ordinary people behave when unexpectedly confronted by a classic oral dilemna: Do I try to give it back or keep it for myself?

having tested the world, what we found out surprised and intrigued us. SLOVENIA MAY BE A YOUNG COUNTRY - it gained independence from Yugoslavia as recently as 1991 ang joined the European Union only in 2004 - but the people of its capital Ljubljana certainly have an ol-fashioned sense of citizenship. This picture-postcard little city nestling in the foothills of the Alps was by far the smallest in our survey, with a population os only 267,000. Maybe that's why it finished at the top. From a nun at abus stop to a young writer at a coffee shop - who also retrieved a leather jacket our reporter had accidentally left behind - its residents were almost universally helpful, with only one of our 30 abandoned phones unreturned.

Could the citizens of a much bigger, bustling city, with all its stress and pressure, be as honest? The people of Toronto, Canada (population 5.4 million), came mighty close, returning 28 of the 30 phones we left there. "If you can hel somebody out, why not?" said 29-year-old insurance broker Ryan Demchuk, who returned a mobile phone close to TD Bank in an underground concourse. "Integrity in this city is exceptional. I lost my wallet and got it back, and I returned two wallets in a week."

In Seoul, South Korea and Stockholm, Sweden doing the right thing for the people we spoke to was part of everyday working life. Observed railway ticket inspector Lotta Mossige-Norheim, who found our mobile on a shopping street and handed it back: "I'm always calling people who've left a handset on my train."

JOSELYN PANGANIBAN WAS withdrawing cash from an ATM in a busy mall in Manilawhen she noticed the mobile phone. She looked around before picking it up but then looked relieved when the phone rang. "I was hoping the owner would call," the 26-year-old said. "I felt sorry for them and could imagine how worried they must be."

Joselyn's concern was echoed by the 23 other people who returned the phones in Manila. In fact, across Asia, two-thirds of the phones were returned immediately. From Mumbai to Singapore, most people said they returned the phones because it was the right thing to do. "It all depends on your values," said BK low, a Malaysian architect who went out of his way to return the phone he found outside a bank. "It doesnt't matter what type of phone it is, if you don't have strong values you'll keep something that doesn't belong to you."

In Mumbai, residents were so keen to demonstrate their cuty's integrity that when a man took a phone left in Manoj's general store, telling him he was going to keep it for himself, the shop keeper mobilised a group of friends to apprehend the culprit at the nearby clothes shop where he worked as a sales assistant and bring him back to face the music. "I would have returned your phone," the man tried to convince our reporter as an angry crowd chided him for his behaviour.

"Then why did you switch it off?" inquired our reporter, at which point the man gave an embarrassed laugh and ran off.

BUT NOT EVERYONE WAS so honest. In a busy mall in Causeway Bay, Hongkong, a security guard picked up our phone, asked a group of smokers if it was theirs, then wrapped it in a piece of paper. When approached by our reporter, he stammered, "What phone? I didn't see any phone. If you've mislaid something, report to Lost and Found," while clearly gripping the movile tightly in his hand.

Indeed, it appears you can't always trust a man in uniform, as he was one of six shopping centre security guards around the woorld - in cities from Buenos Aires to Sydney - whom our reporters observed pocketing handsets and failing to report them lost. An elderly security guard in Kuala Lumpur spotted the phone, quickly switched it off and then ambled over to chat to the owner of a food stall as if nothing happened. Reassuringly, however, every policeman we encountered acted honestly (much to the pleasant surprise of our Brazilian reporter in Sao Paulo, a city where cops are widely believed to be corrupt).

"There's still a lot of trust in the guys in uniform because they are duty-bound to return lost stuff to the owners," says Kam Wai Ying, from Kuala Lumpur who returned a phone she found in a staircase of a mall. "But people need to take responsibilty for their belongings and make an effort to look for them."

Wealth was no guarantee of honesty. In prosperous New Zealand, a smartly dressed woman in her fifties grabbed a "lost" mobile from a ledge in front of upmarket Auckland department store Smith and Caughey's, bolted down the street, and never attempted to contact our reporter. By contrast, a young Brazilian woman, who looked almost destitute and had three young children in tow, handed back a mobile phone she picked up in a sao Paulo park. "I may not be rich," she said, "but my children will know the value of honesty."

In many countries, people told us that they believed the young would behave worse than their elders. Yet we found that young people were just as honest as their elders. In a food court at Plaza Universidad, Mexico City, a grey-haired couple in their seventies ambled past our dropped phone, only for the elderly gentleman to dart baack and grab it. The couple ignored our reporter's phone call and made their escape, as briskly as possible, down an escalator.

But in Harlem, New York, a young black man with braids scooped our phone from the pavement and arranged to meet our reporter on a street corner that evening. Sixteen-year-old Johnnie Sparrow was accompanied by a gang of younger African-American boys who clearly looked up to him. When our reporter told them about the secret test we had put their role model through, Johnnie proudly told them, "I did the right thing."

Women were slightly more likely to return phones than men. "Females tend more to look for opportunities to improve relationships and good deeds are one way to do this.", comments Terence Shulman, lawyer and founder of the Shulman Center for Compulsive Theft and Spending in Michigan, US. "They are also less likely to have a criminal mind set."

ALL OVER THE WORLD, the most common reason people gave for returning our phone was that they too had once lost an item of value and didn't want others to suffer as they had. "I've had cars stolen three times and even the laundry from the cellar was taken," said Kristina Laakso, 51, who came to our aid in Helsinki.

estate agent Lewis Lim returned a phone abandoned in Singapore's financila district rather than leave it for someone less scrupulous to discover. "I mislaid a mobile and was sent a text message by the finder saying I could only have it back if I handed over $130 (S$200). I daren't carry expensive handsets now."

Other helpful citizens were aware how important a phone can be, irrespective of its cost, because of the personal information contained within it. Yann, a courier who discovered our phone near the offices of HSBC bank in Paris, explained, "I once found a beautiful mobile belonging to a high-ranking official at the Egyptian Embassy. It was full of telephone numbers for really important people and I returned it, of course."

Parental influence weighed heavily with some. "My parents taught me that if somehing is not yours, don't take it," said Muhammad Faizal Bin Hassan, an employee of a Singapore shopping complex where he answered our ringing phone.

Many adults accompanied by children were keen to show the youngsters how to behave when they spotted our phones. In Hounslow, west London, Mohammad Yusuf Mahmoud, 33, was with his two young daughters when he answered our call and confirmed he'd found our mobile in a busy pedestrianised shopping street. "I'm glad my kids were here to see this. I hope it sets a good example," he said.

Not everyone was quite so concerned to give a good impression to their children, however. In Amsterdam, a Dutch boy of about ten implored his parents to let him keep a phone he'd found on the Kalverstraat. They seemed in two minds, but after he'd given his mother a kiss on the cheek and a smile, they gave in.

SO, HOW DID PLANET EARTH perform in our honesty test? Everywhere we went, our reporters heard plenty of pessimism about our chances of getting our phones back. "Everything has become dishonest in Germany," complained Doreen, a Berlin assistant. Many of the Thais we interviewed in Bangkok thought we'd be lucky to see half our phones again. OUr Milan reporters were convinced that Italians would be too "cunning and deceitful" to help them out. Mexico City residents said a bad economy would make people act selfishly. And yet: In Berlin and Bangkok 21 phones out of 30 were handed back, 20 in Mexico City and Milan.

Globally, 654 moblies - that's a heartening 68 per cent - were returned to us. "Despite what the media tell us, crime is not the norm," says University of California psychologist Paul Ekman, author of "Emotions Revealed" and an expert on deception. "People want to trust and be trusted."

Ferenc Kozma wouldn't argue with that. It never occured to the 52-year-old homeless man in Budapest to keep the phone he found on a railway platform. He handed it in to a newspaper seller. "You find things and you lose things," said Kozma. "But you never lose your honesty."

one freakin' hot afternoon!

Today is the start of the ITHM week. We had parade a while ago. And that parade is all about the different festivals and the festival assigned to freshmen are the Parada ng Lechon Festival and the Santacruzan.
I was not included in the Santacruzan 'cause they only chose 5 representatives. I am included in the Parada ng Lechon Festival even though I'm not fat. haha! LOL! So I have to wear PINK blouse because it is required. duh! I don't have any pink blouse so I need to buy one. And another thing, we all need to wear a headband woth a cute pig on top. haha!
After the parade, we all went straight to the grandstand. Dammit! There were no chairs to sit on! uggh! What we all did is we placed a paper on the land and we made that indian sit. hmf! It was so hot hot hot afternoon that all of us opened our umbrellas! Under our umbrellas! haha! The program is so boring. Yeah, really! The presentations of each batch are damn boring. But still, I watched. hehe!
Other than that, what I enjoyed was the picture taking part. hehe! The photos are on Shaine's camera and she didn't posted those photos yet. hmf! Anyways, I have a few photos on my camera. Here:

Camwhoring with Essellaine Fhaye

And yeah, today is a special day. It's August 27 right?! So yeah, it's a special day again! But I'm not happy today because of HIM. HE didn't call or even text me. It's already 6:30 pm but I haven't received any words from HIM. Until I was the one who made the first text.
And yeah, my instinct is right, he forgot this day. HE said that he was so busy this day so he forgot everything. I don't know if it's a valid reason or not but still, I accepted his apology. Haay..

But anyways, he promised that he'll pay for what he did. haha!

Janine's Despidida

I went to Janine's house right after our training in ROTC because it's her despidida party. Yeah, she's going to London this coming September 5 to study. Thanks God, I was not late because we were dismissed early from the training so I had enough time to travel from Manila to Cavite, and of course to prepare myself.
I was with Allen from Paliparan to Pag Asa, and at 7-eleven, we met Teddy and Anna, and so we went to Janine's house altogether.
When we arrived there, there were so may visitors and it's like super nakakahiya. And dammit, most of her visitors are member of the Philippine team in the sport of Tennis and they are all guys! Shocks! Yeah, a group of guys that are so mahangin. I wasn't happy to see those guys because they weren't that nice and attractive.
And oh, there are two guys who walked in front of me and Anna and introduced theirselves. I really don't want to talk to them but I have no choice but to speak anf tell my name, so as Anna. After that, we immediately went far before the other guys do the same thing too. Whew! I hate talking to those kind of guys! hmf!

Well, the get together is kinda nice because Jaira and Anna had reconciled, yeah they had war last March. Ella and Alyssa were also there but Belle and Masaru did not make it and we don't know why.
Unfortunately, Allen and I need to go home at 9:00 because our subdivision is quite from Janine's house and there were only few vehicles to ride on that time. And so, I didn't habe the opportunity to take pictures with them. Rrrghh!! I hate it! It's because of Janine's aother visitors. We were like O.P. then! As in out of place. Hmp!
I really didn't expected that. What I thought is that it will be fun like sharing LOTS of stories, kanchawan, biruan. But it was not that. Damn!

But anyways, at least I had some time to be with them after almost 5 months of no communication at all. Well, I really miss them so much.

Steve Jobs' Speech

wooh! I miss posting so much! I want to post post and post but I don't really have anything to post.. Oh well, I'll just share to you Steve Jobs' speech at Stranford. I knew about this one through our professor in english who told us to search and read for this one. This is so appreciating and touching.

Here it goes:

Thank you. I'm honored to be with you today for your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. Truth be told, I never graduated from college and this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation.
Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories. The first story is about connecting the dots.
I dropped out of Reed College after the first six months but then stayed around as a drop-in for another eighteen months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out? It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife, except that when I popped out, they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking, "We've got an unexpected baby boy. Do you want him?" They said, "Of course." My biological mother found out later that my mother had never graduated from college and that my father had never graduated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would go to college.
This was the start in my life. And seventeen years later, I did go to college, but I naïvely chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents' savings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn't see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, and no idea of how college was going to help me figure it out, and here I was, spending all the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out, I could stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me and begin dropping in on the ones that looked far more interesting.
It wasn't all romantic. I didn't have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends' rooms. I returned Coke bottles for the five-cent deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the seven miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. I loved it. And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition turned out to be priceless later on. Let me give you one example.
Reed College at that time offered perhaps the best calligraphy instruction in the country. Throughout the campus every poster, every label on every drawer was beautifully hand-calligraphed. Because I had dropped out and didn't have to take the normal classes, I decided to take a calligraphy class to learn how to do this. I learned about serif and sans-serif typefaces, about varying the amount of space between different letter combinations, about what makes great typography great. It was beautiful, historical, artistically subtle in a way that science can't capture, and I found it fascinating.
None of this had even a hope of any practical application in my life. But ten years later when we were designing the first Macintosh computer, it all came back to me, and we designed it all into the Mac. It was the first computer with beautiful typography. If I had never dropped in on that single course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts, and since Windows just copied the Mac, it's likely that no personal computer would have them.
If I had never dropped out, I would have never dropped in on that calligraphy class and personals computers might not have the wonderful typography that they do.
Of course it was impossible to connect the dots looking forward when I was in college, but it was very, very clear looking backwards 10 years later. Again, you can't connect the dots looking forward. You can only connect them looking backwards, so you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something--your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever--because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well-worn path, and that will make all the difference.
My second story is about love and loss. I was lucky. I found what I loved to do early in life. Woz and I started Apple in my parents' garage when I was twenty. We worked hard and in ten years, Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4,000 employees. We'd just released our finest creation, the Macintosh, a year earlier, and I'd just turned thirty, and then I got fired. How can you get fired from a company you started? Well, as Apple grew, we hired someone who I thought was very talented to run the company with me, and for the first year or so, things went well. But then our visions of the future began to diverge, and eventually we had a falling out. When we did, our board of directors sided with him, and so at thirty, I was out, and very publicly out. What had been the focus of my entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating. I really didn't know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down, that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwing up so badly. I was a very public failure and I even thought about running away from the Valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me. I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. I'd been rejected but I was still in love. And so I decided to start over.
I didn't see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods in my life. During the next five years I started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become my wife. Pixar went on to create the world's first computer-animated feature film, "Toy Story," and is now the most successful animation studio in the world.
In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT and I returned to Apple and the technology we developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple's current renaissance, and Lorene and I have a wonderful family together.
I'm pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn't been fired from Apple. It was awful-tasting medicine but I guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life's going to hit you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You've got to find what you love, and that is as true for work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking, and don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it, and like any great relationship it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking. Don't settle.
My third story is about death. When I was 17 I read a quote that went something like "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself, "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "no" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something. Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important thing I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life, because almost everything--all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure--these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.
About a year ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning and it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas. I didn't even know what a pancreas was. The doctors told me this was almost certainly a type of cancer that is incurable, and that I should expect to live no longer than three to six months. My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order, which is doctors' code for "prepare to die." It means to try and tell your kids everything you thought you'd have the next ten years to tell them, in just a few months. It means to make sure that everything is buttoned up so that it will be as easy as possible for your family. It means to say your goodbyes.
I lived with that diagnosis all day. Later that evening I had a biopsy where they stuck an endoscope down my throat, through my stomach into my intestines, put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor. I was sedated but my wife, who was there, told me that when they viewed the cells under a microscope, the doctor started crying, because it turned out to be a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that is curable with surgery. I had the surgery and, thankfully, I am fine now.
This was the closest I've been to facing death, and I hope it's the closest I get for a few more decades. Having lived through it, I can now say this to you with a bit more certainty than when death was a useful but purely intellectual concept. No one wants to die, even people who want to go to Heaven don't want to die to get there, and yet, death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because death is very likely the single best invention of life. It's life's change agent; it clears out the old to make way for the new. right now, the new is you. But someday, not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it's quite true. Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma, which is living with the results of other people's thinking. When I was young, there was an amazing publication called The Whole Earth Catalogue, which was one of the bibles of my generation. It was created by a fellow named Stuart Brand not far from here in Menlo Park, and he brought it to life with his poetic touch. This was in the late Sixties, before personal computers and desktop publishing, so it was all made with typewriters, scissors, and Polaroid cameras. it was sort of like Google in paperback form thirty-five years before Google came along. I was idealistic, overflowing with neat tools and great notions. Stuart and his team put out several issues of the The Whole Earth Catalogue, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-Seventies and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath were the words, "Stay hungry, stay foolish." It was their farewell message as they signed off. "Stay hungry, stay foolish." And I have always wished that for myself, and now, as you graduate to begin anew, I wish that for you. Stay hungry, stay foolish.

After that so head cracking pre-lims, finally I've madse a post! whew!
After 1 week vacation, haha, including Saturday and Sunday, at last I'm back!
Kung alam ko lang na sunod sunod na walang pasok, edi sana nung martes pa lang, umuwi na ako dito sa Cavite. Kahapon lang ako umuwi dito at ang dami ko pang ginawa kaya di ako nakapagpost.
Anyways, at least our pre-lims is postponed! haha! That's the good part.

Well, I have a lot of things to tell you. First is regarding my pre's birthday.
sadly, we had this misunderstanding. He got angry to me and I got angry to him. It is because of one tiny thing. It's when I am not talking about his upcoming birthday. Yeah I admit, Since last last week, I am not mentioning anything about birthdays. But it doesn't mean that I forgot his birthday. It's just I want to surprise him on his birthday. But maybe he was so mush disappointed so he got angry.
And since he got angry, he's not replying to my texts, he's not answering my calls. I got angry with what he's doing. Mukha na akong tanga eh! I really got mad! And yeah, I cried. I don't know why. Maybe because of my guilt.
On the 14th, his birthday, I greeted him at 12 midnight and he didn't replied. He's asleep, of course. Then at around 8:00 something, he texted me. I was a bit confused whether I'll reply or not. But then, I replied. We talked awkwardly. But later on, everything became fine. It's just a bang! In just a snap, we were okay! whew! I don't know how was that. It's a boom! yeah, swear! haha!
Maybe we just missed each other. yay! hehe.. Good thing, now we're fine, back to normal. haha!

Netx thing, well the pre-lims. We had our exem in Theology, Philippine History, Filipino, Tourism, and World Geography. Well anyhow, the Theology and world Geography is fine. But the Philippine History, whew! Head cracking and nose bleeding! Same sa the Filipino and Tourism exam!
Arrgghh! I don't know if my answers are right. It is so difficult! I am feeling nervous on the results. hooo...

Oohh.. what else?!

Oh, I met a new friend. He's Kuya Jason. Yeah, KUYA! haha! He's kind, yeah. He's in Australia but he's a Filipino. We are texting, yeah.
He's baaad! 'Cause he's calling me ATE! rrgghh! He's two years older than me! amf! I told him that I want to be called ate, and just call me Mhaye. But he refused! He want me to choose from Jhaymhie or ate. Rrgghh! I chose ate 'cause I don't want to be called Jhaymhie. haha!
We're just getting to know each other then. Kwetuhan ever! haha!

I'm Mhaye, sweet 16, born on 051691. I have two brothers and I am the eldest. Unica hija, I must say. And yeah, great responsibilities come next to me. I can dance, act, declaim, and everything except from singing. I do love music but music does not love me. Haha! I'm proud to say that I'm single since birth. Never been touched. Never been kissed. Hard to get.

I study at the Royal and Pontifical University of Sto. Tomas. I'm a PROUD THOMASIAN especially that I belong to the quadricentennial batch. I'm a freshie, taking up Tourism but honestly, I more like to take Information Technology. I can do good in any subjects especially in foreign language, except HISTORY and ANTHROPLOGY! Urgh! I joined the ROTC and gosh, I wanna be more than a cadet! Therefore, I joined the SCO Bravo for the training to be an officer next sem. I want to prove something! When I reach the age of 18, probably I am junior then, I want to have a part time job as a call center representative.

I love photography; a day would not pass without taking a picture of something. I also love photo editing, animation, blogging and those stuffs like html codes. Lately, I've been missing them so much! Oh, I'm not yet a professional! I'm just a beginner okay!

I hate it when everyone's talking about current events specifically on politics. I just love it when they declare No classes today! Haha! LOL! This is why I dont read newspapers. Even books and magazines are big NO to me! I'm not a bookworm! But these past few days, I've been engaging myself to books. Weird!

I am really a SHY type of person especially when I'm around with the people I don't know. It is like, I'll not approach you, and I'll wait for you to approach me. However, despite of this, I have many friends real friends! Moreover, when I'm with them, I'm so loquacious and makulet as in super like there would be no tomorrow! Haha!

I know Im SUPLADITAH at times but mind you, I'm really a NICE person. I don't freak out when somebodys doing badly to me. Yeah, I hate backstabbers, copycats, liars, flirts and boastful people but I don't damn with them. I am an educated person and I have a good breeding.

I just came from SM Manila. I went to Wellcom to buy a new battery for my phone. But the technician ther told me that my phone must be repaired because it has a virus! Damn it! It cost me 300 pesos for that! But it's alright since I miss my phone then.. aha! He also installed an AntiCommWarrior.. hehe! Thanks Kuya!

Shocks! We were suppose to have a make-up class today from 8:00-10:00 am to present our project in Psychology. But I didn't wake up early 'cause my phone is not functioning! Yeah my phone! Oooppss! Have I told you what's about my phone? nah! Not yet?! Oh well, my phone has a problem. It was not charging since last night. I don't know if the phone has a problem or just the battery. And I don't have any watch or clock around for time check! I just use my cellphone to check time and to set an alarm to wake me up! But since my phone is not working, I don't have someting to check the time and to wake me up! duh!

I woke up at 11:00 this morning and that was super late for the presentation!I am so nervous on what will Miss Castro tell me. I am kinda preparing what I'm going to tell her. Shocks!

When I came to school, I immediately asked Pamela regarding the presentation. And you know what she told me, the presentation was POSTPONED! It's a whew! Buti na lang pala di ako nagpunta! haha! I am really lucky this day! hehe..

And oh, my father just paid a while ago for my tuition fee for the pre-lims. I now have a test permit. Shockie! Our pre-lims will start this thursday! It only means that I have to review and I'll be gone for few days! Buti na lang walang pasok bukas. Feast day of St Dominic kaya buong UST, walang pasok! haha! waaah! Pray for me! Wis me luck on the pre-lims!!!

Tianatamad akong magsalita ng Ingles ngayon kaya Filipino muna ang gagamitin ko. Ayos lang ba?

[Filipino mode]

Ngayon ang takdang araw upang itanghal namin ang aming proyekto sa Antropolohiya. Ito ay isang pangkatang proyekto subalit kahit pangkatan na, hindi pa rin handa ang aming grupo kaya kami ay sobrang kinakabahan kanina.
Nang banggitin na ng aming propesora ang pagkasunod-sunod ng mga grupong magtatanghal, laking tuwa namin nang sabihin niya na panghuli ang grupo namin na magtatanghal! Bakit kami natuwa? Ito ay dahil isang oras lang ang klase namin at meron pang limang grupong mauuna sa amin kaya malaki ang posibilidad na hindi kami makapagtanghal.
Nagsimula na ang unang grupo. Sa pagahanda pa lang, nakakonsumo na sila ng ilang minuto. Kinukuwenta na namin kung aabutin nga ba kami.
Malapit na matapos ang klase ngunit di pa rin tapos magtanghal ang unang grupo. Maya-maya pa ay pinatawag ang aming propsora ng isa pang mas nakatataas sa kanya. Dahil ito, kinailangan niyang umalis ng mas maaga. Bago siya umalis, sinabi niya na itutuloy na lamang daw ang pagtatanghal sa ika-17 ng Agosto dahil sa mga susunod na araw ay preliminary examinations na namin.
Tuwang tuwa naman kami dahil mas may oras pa kami upang maasikaso ang aming proyekto.

Pagkadating ko sa tinutuluyan kong dormitoryo, nadatnan kong nanonood na naman si Ate Karen ng isang pelikula kaya nakinood na din ako. "Even Almighty" ang pamagat Nakakatuwa ito. haha!

Minsan, naiisip ko na mas gugustuin ko ng mag post dito gamit ang wikang Ingles kesa sa wikang Filipino dahil lingid sa kaalaman ng iba,h indi rin madaling magpahayag ng damdamin o saloobin sa salitang Filipino lalo pa't ang ibang salitang Ingles ay indi pa naisasalin sa wikang Filipino.

Subukan niyong pumasok sa klase naming Filipino kung saan si Ginoong Joems ang guro at malalaman niyo kung anongibig kongsabihin haha!

Fainting has an advantage!

I was so lazy to get up this morning because I really wanted to sleep. And because of that, I was late for the training. nah! I was given a punishment of 50 squat thrust! What duh!Then after that, I joined the rank for the PT. After three exercises that we executed, that officer (I forgot his name) commanded us to close everything and so we did. Pag naka-close everything, hindi kami pwedeng magsalita, gumalaw, at kung ano pa man maliban na lang kung tatapikin kami. Few minutes later, I felt that I'm fainting. Nagdidlim na yung paningin ko na parang hihimatayin na ako! Hindi ko na matiis kaya umupo ako kahit naka-close everyting kami Nung tinapik na ako, nagsalita ako agad, sinabi kong nahihilo ako. Sir Celestial ear eat I said and he went near to me. Sabi niya, "Fainting ka na?" Sabi ko, "Sir yes sir!". Tapos, bigla niya akong inakbayan sabay sabing, "Halika, dun ka muna sa castle. Pahinga ka muna". Shocks! Inalalayan nya ako! hehe I really can't forget that! haha! Sayang lang talaga, di ko sya natitigan. Nakapikit na kasi ako nun kasi talagang nahihilo na ako.

And oh, Sir Celestial is not wearing the camouflage uniform anymore! He's wearing a better one! GOA ata un?! Basta mas maganda yung suot nya nun.. haha!

Well, this training Sunday is different from the previous training Sundays. Really ddifferent! This day was really a light one! Sa madaling salita, di kami gaanong pinahirapan.. haha! Nagkatawanan pa nga kami kanina eh! Panu ba naman, may nangyaring "joke time" kanina.. We were all surprised about that! Yung tipong, "bakit ang bait ni Sir Celestial ngayon?!" Then suddenly, we tought of what Sir Celestial a while ago, "Pasalamat kayo, good mood ako ngayon". Then now, we asked ourselves, "Bakit sya good mood?!".. Then we remembered that a while ago, he was talking to some one on the phone. Siguro yung kausap niya yung dahilan kung bakit good mood sya. wwaaaahhh!!!!!!! I'm thinking that the one he talked to is GF!!! Sana hindeeeee!!!!!

Anyways, there were more things that happened this day regarding our training but I can't elaborate more. That's all!

Oooppsss! And one last thing before I end this post. My room mate played the movie "Music and Lyrics" on her laptop so we watched it. Nakakakilig super! haha! That's all! Thank You!

No Classes!

Yee! No classes for highschool and college students today! haha!

Today is the SK registration. But I won't register. haha! Pazzaway ako eh! [yay]

Actually, my mama said that there are so many people at the barangay hall. Her friend's daughter started to fall in line there at 9:00 in the morning but she haven't registered yet at this very moment, 6:30 pm! See?! Good thing I really didn't go there! I hate waiting for something for so much long period of time! It is better I'm here now, making the stuffs I want to do! haha! And one thing, I have to finish my project in Psychology because the deadline for that is on Tuesday! waaahhh!

And because I am just here at home, I have made up my mind on what button am i going to use. If you have noticed, I have so many buttons. I change my button every now and then. It is just I really don't know yet what will my permanent button will look like. But then, since I am just in front of the PC, I have come to an idea! haha!

I am really excited then when ate Jhen told me about the postponement, I was like so, sad...

Rifle Drill

Gggrr! This sunday is an oucher one than the previous training Sunday! I experienced executing a hundred squat thrust! duh! The punishments were so amf! Unlike the past training Sundays I had, the minimum number of repititions on each punishments given to us this Sunday was about 50 repititions! Imagine!?!
Let me tell you what happened this Sunday.
When I reached the castle, there were only four of them, CDMGD De Larna, CDMGD Cruz, CDMGD Lim and CDMGD Jao. I really thought I was late but then, I'm too early. Even the marcher is not yet there! He's really an amf! yeah.. and oh, upon seeing CDMGD Jao, I was shocked! I thought that she's already quitting! And when we asked her, she told us a story. Here it goes..

She want to quit but there's something bothering on her mind that she must not quit. And because she's confused, she asked God for signs if she'll quit or not. Then, when she was in the jeepney on her way to school, she saw a car with a sticker and what written in the sticker is "BRAVO", which is our company. That was the first sign. And another sign came along when she saw a man wearing a plackard sayin, "NEVER NEVER NEVER QUIT." Gosh! The second sign right?!

We were really laughing on her story! Not because we don't believe her but because of the two signs she got! Then we told her that she should not quit because of that signs. And so she decided that she'll not quit. But she went home because she don't have a PT uniform and we were suppose to have PT that time.

Few minutes later, CDMGD Lim, Erika and CDMGD Jurnilla came. But CDMGD Lim, Erika is about to quit then. A medical certificate is with her.
Later on, CDMGD Veranga finally came. wheew!
It was aound 9:00 in the morning but there were no officers yet! Until this officer came and instructed us to change into type A for inspection. yeah, we didn't have our PT.
He only gave us 1 minute to dress up! It's so impossible! The fatigue is so hard to wear because there's the inner shirt, the pistol belt, garrison belt, the rubber tucks, and the combat. Amf! We ran out of time! We didn't even wear the rubber tucks anymore. We were now ready, we were now in a rank. Then the officer came back and asked for the otal strength! Shocks! We didn't have the inspection yet! The officer got mad because he told us that we must have done the inspection even without the presence of him!
And so, we were told to produce 100 squat thrust! Damn! I told to myself, "100 agad? Wala pa ngang nasisimulan? Baka naman kunwari lang 100, tapos papahintuin niya din kami bago mag-100." But I'm wrong! Definitely wrong! He pushed that 100 squat thrust! Shocks! I was almost giving up! Amf!

After that, whew! Breathe first! haha! He introduced himself and he's Sir Hernandez. Infairness, he's cute! LOLx! haha! He inspected our paraphernalias and then, he asked us if there will be quitting. Then CDMGD Lim, Erika and CDMGD Jurnilla answered, "Sir, yes, sir." I was shocked when CDMGD said thaht he's quitting 'cause when we were all having conversation before we started, CDMGD haven't mentioned that he's going to quit! And I thought to myself, "Ang laki laki nyang tao, magququit sya? Eh dalawang linggo nga syang absent, ibig sabihin, di pa nya nararansan yung hirap, magququit na sya? Wag nya sabihing nawindang sya sa 100 squat thrust?!" Damn!
We didn't do anything but to listen to their conversation. Sir Hernandez don't want the two of them to quit. He's convincing them to continue and not to quit. And so on...
After that so very long conversation, nothing happened. They are really decided to quit. But Sir Hernandez didn't fall them out. They had the training. So bad.
The first part of the day was just easy easy, ahm, nothing went bad. Until we had our military lunch. Damn! As usual, again, we didn't finished our meal in just 10 seconds. And so we have to produce 50 back field crouch. Amf! Next was the 1.5 liter of orange juice! Amf! Only CDMGD Lim and I were the one who didn't consumed our juice.
And so we have to do the army dozen. It was really an ouch! Really! Damn! Feeling ko hihimatayin na'ko. Ggggrrrr!
After the lunch, we were given few minutes of break.
After the break, Sir Hernandez told us, "Tingin ko may mga rifles pa naman dun sa armory." Upon hearing that, I was like, shocks! Sana magrifle drill kami! I was really hoping! 'Till he said, "Magrarifle drill tayo. Kumuha kayo ng mga rifle nyo. Move!" While running, I was really excited. I told my co-dumbguards that I am excited and they told me that they also feel the same thing. Wooohh!
Amd when we went back, we started. We learned the Kanang Balikat, Kaliwang Balikat, Baba, Agap, and more. oohhh! The rifle is so heavy! Nakakangawit sa kamay! But it was fun! So fun! haha! And of course, I don't want to miss the opportuniy to have a picture of myself holding a rifle. Kaya nagpapicture ako kay CDMGD Lim na hawak ko yung rifle. haha! Here:

yeee!!! haha! It was really fun! It's just that we were dismissed late because we can't perfect the drill. Until we polished it and we made a good improvement. And so we were finally dismissed.
yayness! I had a wonderful but sooo tiring day!

Yeee! This is my 75th post! haha!

Anyways, we had a presentation about Noah's ark in our Theology class. And the presentation was super in a rush! Compared to the other group who performed, we were like of a low score. But it's alright. Atleast we performed than nothing, right?!

Yeah, we had this open forum in our Anthropology. It is because of Sir Joems! haha! we had mentioned to him that our Anthropology class is so hard and difficult for us to understand. And Sir Joems told this thing to Miss Alejandria. So we had a discussion, oh no, an open forum regarding the problem on our class and so on... And whew, fortunately, we had some agreements regarding her methodology on teaching... haha!

That's all for now. Nothing happened today that is totally weird. haha! All I know is I am texting with my pre... the whole day! haha!

It's a special day today... Don't you know that?! Well of course you don't know it! haha!

Damn Day

Demmit! This day was really a damn day!
I had this PT this morning... The PT, I thought, means Physical Torture [LOL], but it actually means, Physical Training.
I woke up so early this morning just for that! It was around 4:00 am when everybody's still asleep but you'll see me so busy preparing myself for that PT! Amf!
The call time is 0500 hours but there were only three of us waiting at the Grandstand, CDMGD Cruz, CDMGD De Larna and me! After 30 minutes, CDMGD Tronco came and so we're now four. The marcher who set the call time is not yet around! Damn!
It was already 6:45 sp the four of us decided to go home because even the officers were not around. But when we were about to go, we saw CDMGD Veranga, the marcher.He's really an amf! And so beacuse of that, we all went back to the Grandstand to wait for Sir Celestial.
It was past 0700 hours but still we can't see any officers. CDMGD De Larna has a class at 7:00 so he already left. After 30 minutes, there came an officer, a girl! She never told us her real name 'cause she wanted us to find out by ourselves who she is. The only thing she said is that she was the Class Marcher of the Charlie Batch! Upon hearing that, I was surprised! The Charlie Batch had a so hard training last summer then their marcher is a girl! Amazing!
She asked some questions about us like "where are the others?", "what are you doing here?" and so on! Then when she knew that we supposed to have a PT, she said that we should wait for the others first or else we won't start the PT. But we were waiting for almost an hour but still, no one came so the four of us started the PT.
And oh yeah guyz, that was my first time so I didn't know what to do. I was like excited and nervous! haha!
And so, the PT started. It wa all about the army dozen. We have to execute the 12 exercises. sorry, I can't mention the army dozen 'cause it is just between us.
I was almost giving up on the middle part of the PT due to the exercises that involves the use of arms. My arms are really weak to lift up my body's weight. I can do the other exercises but not really those that involves the use of the arms.
But as CDMGD Tronco said, "Natapos mo naman di ba? Edi kaya mo!" [yayness] He's right! At lease I did it! wheew! haha!

And yeah, I had classes after that! And another highlight for the day was our quiz in Filipino that made my brain swirled up! There were listed ENGLISH words and we have to translate those in FILIPINO. And those wrods are noy jokes! Those words were really so hard to translate.
The part 2 of the quiz was about that we have to translate the given pargraph written in ENGLISH into FILIPINO! I want to share to you what I did but I forgot the paragraph. I'll try to recall it and I'll post it on my next post

Anyways, after that very nose bleeding quiz, another nose bleeding activity came but now, in Anthropology - my hated subject!
We had that dgraded recitation and we were called randomly. duh! I was really nervous a while ago! I kept on praying that I won't be called. And thank God I was not called! whew!

Waahhh! This is a very long post huh?! Have you noticed it too?! I know that a very long post is so tiring and boring to read. I don't expect everybody would read this or any of my posts. But for those who are patiently reading my posts, thank you! I appreciate it! *MUAH* to you! haha!

Practical Test

We had our practical test in Folk dance this morning. We had some practices first and polishing.

And my gollie! My pArtner and I were the one who danced first together with another pair. I was nervous that time but I don't have to 'cause I do, I'd be lost. So I relaxed and concentrated myself on dancing. Dancing is not a hard thing to do 'cause I enjoy dancing. I love it! ♥

After the whole class had performed, our professor then gave back our index cards. And when I saw my grade, yay! I was so happy! I got a 1.75 grade! Not bad for my first practical test! yeeee!!!

Khulet Day!

We supposedly have a G.A. (General Assembly) for ITHM today, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. But my parents didn't allow me to attend because I don't know hot to go to Le Pavillion and to go back and I don't have any company to go with. And another thing, I am staying in a dormitory and the dormitory has curfew.
But it's alright, I am not a party girl anyway, and I won't enjoy that MASQUERADE BALL.
There were 8 of us who didn't join that G.A. And our punishment was, we stayed until 7:00 pm in scholl while the others went home at 2:00 pm! Our professors were like so angry because of that punishment the administration gave.
Look, we also paid for the Php 350 even if we didn't attend. Our professors said, "Kayo na nga ang lugi diba?! Kasi nagbayad na nga kayo, hindi naman kayo pupunta. Tapos, kayo pa yung paparusahan?!"
They're right! We also paid for that G.A.! And you know what, the Student Council's reason why we have to stay is that it's unfair for those who will attend because if those who will not attend will no have classes, it would be their free day. nah! Come to think of it, UNFAIR?! How could that be unfair?! "Sila na nga yung nag-enjoy, unfair pa sa kanila yun? Tinginan mu nga kung sino mas lugi samin.. Kami, nagbayad na, pero di pupunta, nag-stay pa kami hanggang 7:00 pm! Eh sila, nag-enjoy na sa G.A., hanggang 2:00pm lang ang klase nila!"See?! THINK OF IT!!

Nah! Enough! Anyways, we just enjoyed each other's company! Haha! We had some mini-concert inside the room, with Desy and Johanna as the singers. And oh, I was amazed with the both of them! They have a great voice! Naiinggit ako! haha!

We had our presentation in Filipino a while ago. At first, we were so wasted! As in haggard! We don't know what to do because our presentation is a RUSH!
We don't have any music so a few minutes before our turn to present, we went upstairs to look for a Conservatory of Music Student to play guitar for us. And fortunately, we found Kuya L.A.
And oh, I was amazed on him! We just gave him more or less 5 minutes to learn the chords of the song Dreaming of you, and he did it! Kinapa niya lang yung chords nun hah! Galing noh?!
We were the third group to that presented and we felt like we were not yet prepared because our powerpoint, another props we made is not shown because of lack of time.
And fortunately, we did it! It was not a worse performance!
wheew! Hindi naman pala kami yung may pinaka-masaklap na group! haha!

Ouch Sunday

whew!

You know what gutz, I was about to quit from the training! My co-SCOs said that there's hazing in UST! And because of that, I freaked out with the others and decided to quit 'cause I'm so thin, weak, I know my limitations and I know what HAZING is!
We are more or less 10 who wants to quit that time. And when we were about to face Sir Celestial and Sir Vengua, they got mad! As in! I was afraid and shaking that time!
Sir Vengua talked to us, asked for our reasons and explained some things. He emphasized that HAZING is unproven! Because of what he said I was much relieved. I really want to try the training first! It's not good to see that the training is not yet starting, and then I'm quitting... I don't like that! I want to try the training first.
The others stepped out of the castle and 4 of us remained, including me. We were still undecided. Now, our problem was about the haircut. On the very graduation day, if ever we reach that day, we must have a barber's cut! As in the guys' usual haircut! It was an OMG!
Until about 10 minutes, we decided to continue, and not to quit. And I promised to myself that if ever I reach my limitations in the middle of the training, I will quit even though it's a shame. I would more prioritize my health.

And then, we joined the others. The training was full of punishments! Backfield crouch there, push ups here, squatras there and frog leaps here! OUCH! My legs were not moving! It was all stucked up!
And oh, another experience I had on the frist training day... We had a military lunch! And nah, it was not a happy meal! It was still an ouch one! Imagine, Sir Vengua wanted us to finish our meal in just 20 seconds! nah! And when we didn't make it, we produced him 20 push ups! Right after meal! I still even had something inside my mouth!
I was like to vomit that time! But we must not. duh! And the 1.5 liters of water, take note, 1.5!!! He wanted us to drink that in just 20 seconds! nah! whatta!?! And we didn't make it, another 20 push ups for him! amf!
After that, he gave us a rest, fortunately! Our stomachs were aching and we were saying that, "wag nio na lang kami pakainin kung ganyan lang din ang proseso ng pagakin namin..." It was in a form of a joke!

Wheew! a very tiring Sunday!

I joined the Bravo batch! My mom finally let me join it! yeeee... I was with Tin, my first friend since the start of the ROTC, to join it! We're very excited! The girls were more than boys! Can you believe it? haha!
There are two commander who handles us. And oh yeah, I have a crush on one of them, with sir Celestial! I won't quit! PROMISE FOREVER! haha! I won't quit 'cause I want to see sir Celestial always!
And shocks, I have shorter hair now! I just had my hair cut last week, but my hair was cut again! It is a requirement for us who wanna be an officer. nah! And we had our haircut at the barber shop! Not in a salon or a parlor but in a BARBER SHOP! Look:

Oh, I went to Recto a while ago to get my fatigue for tomorrow's training. I got the complete set except for the combat shoes.

ROTC

Yeah, I joined the ROTC!
I want to experience it! I belong to the Echo 2 platoon under Ma'am Camba.
Officers are recruiting cadets to join the Bravo batch for training to be an officer next semester. And I want to join!!!!
But sadly, my mom doesn't want me to join! But when I heard the benefits of being an officer next sem, I was more likely, I WANNA JOIN!!!!
If I surpass the 15 days training this sem, I will be an officer next sem. 3rd class officers will have 15% discount on tuition fees, will be exempted on PE class, and will have free uniforms!
I'd tell her bout this when I go back to Cavite. I just hope she'll let me join.

Welcome rights

We had a Thomasian walk. We passed through the arch of the centuries. This is a sign that we are really Thomasians! Some students says, "pag dumaan ka sa arch of the centuries, wag kang dadaan pabalik hanggat't di ka pa nakakagraduate." Maybe because of the fact that the graduates passed through the arch of the centuries. Then it became a belief that, "kung dadaan ka pabalik na hindi ka pa graduate, hinding hindi ka gagraduate."
I believe that now. haha! Wala namang masama kung maniniwala ka diba?!

Then after the Thomasian Walk, we went straight forward to the Grandstand for the Holy Mass. It was like a Mass on National TV! Swear! It was a big mass! About 11,000 freshmen were there! nah!
After the mass, there was a short program. The speaker told some introduction, blah blah blah and said that we are not just ordinary Thomasians. Our batch is special! Yes! Because our year of graduation is on 2011 and on 2011, UST is celebrating its 400th year! Gollie! We're really special! That's why our theme is "PROUD TO BE THOMASIANS AT 400".
And then, that was followed by the logos of different colleges held by the representatives of each college. It was like, 'cause all I wanna go home since it was already 7! Until the speaker mentioned the representative of the Conservatory of Music is Harry Santos! We all yelled and cheered! Yeah, Harry Santos of Pinoy Pop Superstar is our batch mate! [soxal]

A concert then followed. "ABA! USTE KA NA!". This concert is a held for welcoming freshmen. But still, students of higher level could attend 'cause it's for free. Sadly, I didn't watched it 'cause I need to go home then. I'll go to Cavite because I have to do my project and I need to use a PC. nah!
Anyways, even without the concert, I really felt that I'm now a Thomasian! The UST had a great welcome for Fresmen! weeiii!

Freshmen

Nah! I woke up so early this morning! Can you believe it? haha!
It is because we have a freshmen orientation and the assembly time is 7:30 am!

When I was in the lobby for the assembly, I was looking for Pamela but she is not around. So I was with Princess and Roxanne this morning.
All ITHM Freshmen proceeded to the College of Medicine. We don't know what will happen there. W were just walking, walking and walking. nah! Until we reached that huge something that we thought it's a movie house but it's an auditorium. haha!
The auditorium is really so big! As in !!! The stage is so nice, the lights, the chairs, and the ambiance! It's really like a moviehouse!
While waiting for the speakers, we were all sat down comfortably while watching a slideshow of last year's Thomasian walk. We were like watching a movie then.
And of course, we took some pictures of ourselves. haha!

At last, the orientation started. There were so many powerpoint presentations on the big screen, the speakers were talking talking talking, blah blah blah! Until an intermission number went in! The whole crowd became energetic and so high when they heard the YELLOW JACKETS will perform! woohh!
FYI, Yellow Jackets is a group that cheers everytime the UST competes. They're so great! I love the YELLOW JACKETS! And everbody loves them! They started with the cheers and all of us joined! It was like a party! Yeah! wooh! GO USTe!
Then after the intermision, speakers talk talk talk again. The silence broke when the ITHM Student Council came on stage. Why?! Because of their powerpoint presentation! There are two cutie guys! Kuya trick and Kuya Pat! Member of the Student Council! All the girls seemed to like both of them. And me too! haha! They're really handsome, cute, and everything! weeiihhh!!!

At last, the orientation ended. And at last, I saw Pamela. She's late! haha! Then, Pamela and I ate our lunch and kinda roaming around.. haha!
After the lunch break, back to the building. We still had a campus tour. Campus tour, at it says, we just went around UST! That's all!
And oh, the Council gave us freebies!! Weeiii!!! A thomasian bag, button pin and a folder.. Here:

Thank God I was not called a while ago in our Anthropology class.
We had a graded recitation in which one of our classmates will give a number and the number represents to the seat number. Whoever seats on that seat will be the one to be asked. Bad answer will have a flat 5 grade! naah!

Her questions were really so ~~unanswerable~~! You know that?! It's like, there are no possible answers! Even we have our books and researches, we had a hard time on thinking of the answers! Waah! So terrible prof she is!
Fortunately, I was not called.. wheew!

Another thing, I had my face so thick a while ago.. amf! I talked to 7 total strangers from different colleges! Gollie! ..have no choice but to do it even if it's so embarassing! nah! It's our assignment in Psychology.. interview people and took a picture with them! I'm really so shy at first.. But gladly, I made it.. ehehe! But that's not all.. we have to present it in class through a powerpoint pressentation! So stressful, right?! arrrgh!!! Sombody help me!!!

And oh, the orientation on ROTC this coming sunday.. And so, I have time to go back to Cavite! Wheeew!!! Soo excited.. Aha!

I woke up early this morning because I am going to the library with my classmates Louisse and Beatrice. When I was about to arrive at the library, Louisse texted me asking where am I. I told her that I am inside the library but I'm not with Beatrice. I kept on texting Beatrice but she'd not replying. I stayed at the lobby and waited for Beatrice's txt. After 10 minutes, she replies.. at last! She said that "THEY'RE" in the Filipiniana Section. I was quite confused why she said "they're".. I was thinking who's with her.
I was about to got to the Filipiniana section but I don't know where it is. I saw my classmate, Desy and asked her. She pointed at the reference something chuva.. aha! I read that the Filipiniana is located at the fourth floor. I went up to the fourth floor using the stairs without noticing that there's an elevator. It's like, wheew! I should have used the elevator.. nah! Anyways, when I went in to the Filipiniana section, I saw Beatrice with our two other classmates, Monica and Joanna. Now I know why she said, "THEY'RE" in the Filipiniana section.
I sat down with them, but I don't know what to do. Then I saw a computer there, and I asked the librarian what's that for. She said that it is used to easily locate the books we waht to have. And wooh! It would make my assignment easier! I used it and looked for books about eco tourism, tourism english and tour & travel management. It's really so easy! I'm almost done with my assignment. All I have to do is to explain each reference.
Haaayyy... Whatta tiring but exciting day in the library! A one of a kind experience.. haha!

After the fun I had, here comes the bad side. I do believe that sadness comes after happiness. It is like this.. I opened my exclusive account on friendster a while ago.. I read otwo of the posted bulletins entitled, "Survey bout me" and "i miss her as lot".. I don't wannt mention who posted it, all i can say is he's a guy and he is somehow special to me.
On the survey, one of the questions goes like this:
"[ten] if you could go back in time and change something, what?"
and his answer is: ".. ung ng nkilala ko c irish ann cortez,,,..".

Another question is: "[eleven] if you must be an animal forone day, what would you be?".. his answer: ".. bird so i can see irish..(pu2ntaaq sa knla eheheh)"..

When I read that, I felt so depressed. I don't know why.. I am not sure if I am only jealous or insecured.. Then the other bulletin says,

I think it's kapampangan, but I understood it a little 'cause Kapampangan is slightly the same with the dialect I know which is Bisaya. After I read that, the only person who's in my mind that he's missing is the person he mentioned on his first bulletin.
I browsed on his profile and I saw one stuff there which is a countdown saying, "100 days since I met I***h".. And he only have one featured friend, and she;s no other than I***h.. I took a visit on I***h's profile and I noticed that she received so many SWEET comments from THAT guy I'm talking about. I was like, AMF that time!
So I sent him a reply about the bulletins he posted and the comments he gave to that girl..
It's like, GGRRR!!! I don't know what to do and what to react!

Internet in the library

I heard that there's an internet lounge inside the library and you can access to internet for free. That's why I forced Pamela to join me to the library. And so, went to the library a while ago after classes.
When we went inside, it's like, WOW! The library is so BIG, as in HUGE..! We don't know where to go. So I asked one of the persons in-charged there if we can use the internet. And she pointed to a room which says, "INTERNET".. We immediately went in and it's so amazing! There are more or less 60 computers inside! WOW!
But sadly, friendster and myspace are not accessible. It's just for research purposes only. But it's alright..

Waahhh!
I spoke in front of all in my English class! This is our assignment, to intoduce one of our classmates. But I didn't expect that we are going to do this in front! Fortunately, I did it right.. haha!
In our theology class, our professor gave some insight or facts about UST. I knew that UST is the only Royal and Pontifical University in Asia!Soxalite! haha! UST is also the first Catholic School in Asia, the oldest university in the Philippines, and the only university acknowledged by the Pope! As they say, the Pope is the highest official of the university. And when the Pope visits the Philippines, He also visits UST and it is always included on his agenda! World class right!?! haha!I'm so much proud of UST! I'm proud to be a Thomasian!

Buenas Tardes amigos!

Whooo!
My tuesdays and thursdays will be so much interesting now that I knew that Spanish is my first class every tuesday and thursday! haha! And take note, Spanish class is about 1 and a half hour each day! whooo!!!!haha! We started to know some basic expressions a while ago...Estoy alegre!!!! haha!
But there's a sad part. My last subject during tuesdays and thursdays is WORLD GEOGRAPHY! Ggrrrr!!!!!!HISTORY HISTORY HISTORY! I already have a subject Philippine History during MWF, then when TTH, another history! I HATE HATE HATE HISTORY!!!!! Aaarrgghhh!!!!!

Bang! My 12:00nn-7:00 pm sked is done!

I belong in the 1T1 Section. 53 students in all. And believe it or not, among 53, there are 51 girls and only 2 boys! haha! Poor boys... haha!
Pamela is the first person I talked to when I asked her if she also belongs to 1T1 section. Then we became seatmates. My anoher seatmate on my right is Kaye. They are the firt persons I knew.I hope to know all of my classmates... SOON! haha!

My professor in English course gave us a seatwork! Damn! An essay writing seatwork about the English Language in only 30 minutes! My gollie! I was so pressured and I don't know if I wrote the words right. Haha!She also gave an assignment which is introducing one of our classmates. waahhh!
Another professor, in Anthropology gave an assignment. We should share one practice or tradition in our province. Shocks! You know what I do, I texted almost all of my cousins regarding that! Haha! I also researched for more facts. Gladly, I made it. Haha!

Independence Day

And starting today, I am going to live independently in my dormitory!
My family and I went to SM Manila first to buy some stuffs. Then , we went straight ahead to España, in the dorm.
I arranged my things first, then, my family left.

Mark, Genell and I went to PERPZ to visit our former teachers. Sadly, we heard that our adviser's father had an heart attack. :( Mark got his form 137 for his admission in UE. This is one of the reasons why we went in.
After in school, we went straight to SM Molino but unfortunately, Mark didn't come with us for some reasons. ammf!We ate lunch in Wendys, strolled around, went in Penshoppe, Video City, watsons, CD Workshops, Wellcom, Tom's World and in the rest room.. HAHA!

This is my last GALA before the start of my college days..
I hope one day, I can go out with her again, not only with Genell, but also with my other friends..

Today is Joannes birthday! He's my soo younger cousin! aha!

whew! Whatta tiring day! It was a very long process of enrolment!
I first went to Albertus Magnus Building to see my class schedule. I was shocked when I saw that students are in black section! nah! hate it! But there's a happy part.. my afternoon schedule! wooh! I don't have to wake up early anymore! haha! My wish came true!
And then, I have to choose what PE would I take. On the choices are all sports! [of course, PE!] I hate sports! Until I saw on the choices the "FOLK DANCE" thing. I love dancing so I chose that. aha!
After that, I proceeded to the Seminary Gym for the payments. At the Station I, the guy asked me if I would take ROTC or not. Without any hesitations, I said "YES"! Yeah! 'cause I'm really interested with it and I want to experience it!
On the station 2, the guy there encoded my subjects on the registration form including PE and ROTC! ..and shocks! I have 32 units to take this first semester! waah! Can you believe it?! nah!
On the station 3, the lady asked for my Confirmation of Enrolment form with the signed Policies and Procedures for Freshmen. Then I proceeded to the Station 4.
At the Station form, I gave the check I have for the installment fee of my tuition. The lady asked me to write the needed information at the back of the check and to fill up the form she gave to me. Then she encoded the OR [official receipt].
Then, I proceeded to the Tan Yan Kee Student Center for the picture taking for our Digital ID! Yeah, Digital ID! Digital, because, when studednts are going to enter any building, they have to swipe their ID to check at the gate before they can enter instead of letting the guard see their ID. [soxalite]
When it was about my turn for the picture taking, the student assistants there asked me to wear the upper part of the uniform. And it was like, ! The uniform is really nice! Beautiful! I got excited to wear the uniform!
After the picture taking, I was like, ! This day was really tiring! It was so hot and I was already wasted! nah! But it's so fun! It was like a tour around USt.. haha!

That "MIKE" something stopped disturbing me!
I concluded that the "APRIL" he was talking about was his "EX-GF" and it's true! That's why he's really mad at me 'cause he thought that I'm "APRIL" and that "APRIL" left him for and went with another guy! In other words, "pinagpalit sya!" haha!
I insulted him with what happened to him. He got so angry and affected! He apologized to me but I did not accept it. [brutal?!] I just told him to leave me and never ever text me again or else... [tinakot?!]

I just arrived home from UST.. nah!
My mother and I rode in the wrong van! We were supposed to ride in a van with Paliparan-Savers route at Savers terminal. But that afternoon, we rode in a Dasmariñas(Bayan)-Savers van! What duh!
We really sisn't expect that to happen because ever since, the vans at that terminal are always Paliparan-Savers route! We were really just unlucky today that vans with different routes are there.
That's why we need to take the longer way and so we came home late.

But anyway, I am now a part of the Thomasian Family! Well, I've been a part of the Thomasian Family since I passed the interview. But now, it's really confirmed! whooh!!
